As the Indian arm of the globally renowned PennWhite Limited, headquartered in Middlewich, UK, PWI aims to enhance its local presence with this strategic expansion. PennWhite is a leading producer of antifoam chemistry under its well-known FoamDoctor brand, supplying specialty chemicals to industries across 40 countries.
The company’s processing aids play a critical role in various sectors, including:

Strategic Expansion with Strong Industry Backing
This investment follows PennWhite’s acquisition by Manali Petrochemicals (MPL), a subsidiary of AM International, Singapore, in November 2022. As part of its long-term growth vision, MPL incorporated PennWhite India in February 2024, establishing its headquarters in Chennai to accelerate business expansion in the region.
Taking a significant step forward, PennWhite India has signed a long-term lease agreement for a site in Oragadam, Tamil Nadu. This location will soon house a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, set to begin operations later this year.
